Special wine with attractive dark red color, red fruit and barrels emerging aromas. A rich and balanced wine with good structure and velvety aftertaste.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at ideal temperature (22-27oC) and Malolactic fermentation takes place next in cooling tanks. Wines age in stainless steel tanks for 12 months, mature in oak barrels for 6 months and stay for 5-6 years in the bottle.
